Treatment
Cryotherapy uses a precise application of extreme code to target selected benign skin lesions. Treatment is usually quick and depends on the size, type and number of lesions being treated..
Comfort
Treatment is generally well tolerated. You may feel a brief stinging or cold sensation during treatment.
After Treatment
The area may become red and slightly swollen, and a small blister or scab may develop as the area heels. This is a normal part of the healing process
Aftercare
Keep the area clean and avoid picking or disturbing any scab that forms. Protect the treated area from sun exposure and use a high factor SPF. Full after-care advice will be provided.
Return to Your Day
Most patients return to work and normal daily activities immediately after treatment. The treated area may remain visible while it heals.
